A Decade of UNIMAGINABLE Struggles That CONTINUES TODAY
Explore the timeline of my 10-year battle as a father in America with a legalized immigrant turned ex-spouse – detailing the kidnapping of our children, my wrongful arrests, civil sanctions and judgements that were acquired through fraud on the court, perjury, constant false reporting that led to a group police beating over chanting a religious mantra, medical misdiagnosis and my abandonment as a disabled adult with a failed hernia surgery. The mother and state’s treacherous behavior has created prolonged financial, legal and medical issues that have extremely impacted me as a disabled father and our three children’s lives to this day. All this in an attempt to run away from an ailing spouse and towards her jeopardized “American dream” – with 3 young children caught right in the middle.
